A detailed model of the 1:1200 scale Revell QE2 by Atle Ellefsen.

The Revell QE2 is one of the very few liner kits manufactured after the event of computer aided design and production, which is clearly seen in the sharp of details. Looking at the photos, the crispness achieved comes across as a model of a much larger scale, in comparison to the quality of the old handcrafted moulds from our youth. Seemingly correct in proportions and appurtenances, it's not an awesome jaw-dropping model but a decorative and handsome little piece easy and fun to assemble. I painted the inside perimeters of the window cut-outs, to enhance them somewhat.

The QE2 sits amongst other Cunard Memorbilia.
